It’s appropriate that the name of this gift shop, PRIMAVERA, means spring, because the selections displayed by proprietors Maria and Nadia reveal a particularly sunny outlook. Home decor, kitchen and garden items, wedding gift suggestions, and more are offered. They feature the work of local and New England craftsmen and artists, which is another reason to smile. So many beautiful things can be made from glass, for one example. There are the elegant silver cord pendant necklaces of the John Medeiros collection; blood-red glass and silver earrings by Lynne Lovely and her beautiful stained-glass star decorations; clever hand-painted palm tree martini glasses from Framingham Garden Originals; a handblown crystal oil “candle” menorah by artist Rodney Sage; and similar delicate glass oil lamps shaped like calla lilies.
